We are recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day, long-term or full-time basis across our school network. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain excellent classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for confident individuals looking to gain valuable secondary school experience without the responsibility of lesson planning or marking.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or a minimum of 6 months' experience working with young people
- The confidence to manage classes of students aged 11 to 16
- Excellent classroom engagement and behaviour management skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- The flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
