Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle? Do you have strong experience supporting babies and young children in a nursery setting? TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Ofsted Outstanding private day nursery in Tunbridge Wells. This nurturing and well-established setting is committed to providing exceptional early years education, creating a safe, engaging environment where children can develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

This nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on a long-term basis, leading to a permanent position for the right Early Years Practitioner. The successful Early Years Practitioner will primarily support within the baby room, helping to deliver high quality care and learning opportunities, while remaining flexible to work across the nursery as required, with shifts that can be tailored around individual availability.

Requirements
  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring and nurturing approach to supporting children's development
  • A positive and proactive can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to support across different rooms when required
