TeacherActive is working in partnership with a well-established FE college in Chelmsford to recruit an experienced Media Studies Lecturer for a long-term position. This role is ideal for a committed educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching within further education.
The Successful Media Studies Lecturer Will:
- Deliver Media Studies across Level 2 and Level 3 courses
- Plan engaging lessons that meet awarding body specifications
- Support learners with coursework, assessment, and progression
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Media Studies within FE or post-16 education
- Strong subject knowledge and organisational skills
- The ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Industry experience (desirable but not essential)
