TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small, welcoming nursery in Leeds that is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner. This Outstanding OFSTED-rated setting is recognised for its nurturing environment, strong relationships with families and commitment to providing high-quality early years education that enables every child to reach their full potential.

The nursery is looking to take on a part-time Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the early years age range, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, promoting positive development and ensuring children feel safe, happy and supported throughout their day.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient and nurturing approach
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for early years education
