TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of an outstanding, high-performing primary school in Hounslow for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). Working hours: 8:00am β 3:30pm

The role will include:
- Delivering high-quality learning to individuals, small groups, and whole classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting lesson planning, preparation, and assessment in line with the national curriculum
- Working closely with teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment and accelerate progress
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, while maintaining high expectations for all
- Promoting excellent behaviour and a positive learning environment
- Acting as a role model and contributing to the wider life of the school
The successful candidate will have:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong curriculum knowledge across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
