TeacherActive is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist FE college for autistic young adults aged 19–25. You will support learners on campus and in the community, helping them develop independence and employability skills while building confidence.

You will lead small groups on external work placements, collaborate with teachers, job coaches, therapists and employers, and contribute to progress reviews while maintaining safeguarding and learner welfare standards.
