TeacherActive is proud to be working with an exceptional primary school based in the heart of Billericay, seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team immediately. The school fosters a culture of high aspiration, enjoyment for learning, and lifelong skills amongst all pupils. The school is growing rapidly, and is a vibrant, exciting, and dynamic place to learn and work. The school is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA, to deliver lessons across the whole primary age range (Reception to Year 6) to support PPA cover, when the class teachers are absent from school, you will also be expected to support with other areas in the school such as 121, and group interventions with SEN students. For the right HLTA, the role with start immediately with a permanent contract in mind. The successful HLTA will have: HLTA status or equivalent qualifications. Have experience working with children with SEN and delivering tailored interventions. Be adaptable, patient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Be confident in managing the classroom and delivering lessons across different subjects and year groups.
