About the Role As a HLTA, you’ll go beyond standard classroom support — confidently stepping in to lead small groups, deliver pre-planned lessons, and even cover whole-class teaching when needed. You’ll be a vital part of the school community, working closely with teaching staff to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and progress. Whether you\’re supporting early years, KS1 or KS2, you’ll help foster a fun, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
