What we are looking for:
- Level 2/3 Early Years Qualification
- Experience working with babies, toddlers, or pre-school children
- A strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A warm, patient, and proactive approach
- A full driving licence is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of play-based early years activities that promote development and wellbeing.
- Work as part of a team to meet the individual needs of children across different settings.

- Contribute to consistent, high-quality observations and feedback where appropriate.
