Are you a passionate Nursery Practitioner who loves helping children reach their full potential? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity with a friendly and supportive early years team? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming nursery in York to recruit a Nursery Practitioner. The setting has a friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing high-quality early years education while creating a nurturing environment where both children and staff can thrive.
The nursery is looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis, working 4 days per week with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities, following the EYFS framework while working closely with colleagues to provide the highest standard of care.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
