What You’ll Be Doing:
- 1-2-1 support for a primary-aged SEND student, assisting them in the classroom and throughout the school day.
- Helping the student engage with their lessons and activities in a way that’s tailored to their individual needs.
- Working closely with the teacher and other school staff to implement effective strategies and provide the best possible support.
- Encouraging the student’s personal development, boosting their confidence, and promoting social and emotional growth.
- Monitoring the student’s progress and adapting support to ensure they are always progressing and thriving.
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate and patient individual with previous experience working with SEND students.
- Strong communication skills to build a positive, trusting relationship with the student, teachers, and staff.
- Someone who is proactive and adaptable, ready to support the student both academically and emotionally.

- Experience in a primary school setting is highly preferred.
Extra Skills That Would Set You Apart:
