Cover Supervisor
Location: Hereford
Start Date: September
Salary: £95‑£130 per day
We are looking for a confident educator capable of managing classrooms and engaging students across a range of subjects. The role is flexible, day‑to‑day cover within a mainstream secondary school setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stage3 and Key Stage4.
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged throughout the school day.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence delivering pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
