TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Scunthorpe, who are looking to appoint an Economics Teacher. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The school is looking to take on a dedicated Economics Teacher on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Economics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Economics across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, planning engaging lessons and maintaining high expectations within the classroom.
The successful Economics Teacher will have:
- QTS with an Economics specialism (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching Economics across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
