The Role

As an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner, you will

  • Support the daily care and supervision of children aged 0–5.
  • Assist with fun, engaging, and educational activities.
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Work closely with nursery staff to support each child’s individual needs.
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • A positive, energetic, and caring attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, school, or similar setting is desirable but not essential .
  • Willingness to complete relevant safeguarding and compliance checks.
