Cover Supervisor – Bristol – Start September – Pay £110‑£130 per day
We are looking for a confident Cover Supervisor who can engage and motivate students across a range of subjects. Do you have strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments? This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience for graduates and overseas‑trained teachers seeking UK experience. The position is full‑time from September in a secondary school environment.
Responsibilities
The successful Cover Supervisor will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour.
- Support students in their learning and build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
- Develop classroom confidence and gain experience across different subject areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with secondary‑aged students in a school or educational setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence to deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
