Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils within the ALN unit.
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs / ALN.
- A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant childcare qualification.
- Experience supporting children on a one‑to‑one basis and in small groups.
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A can‑do attitude with the ability to adapt to the needs of the pupils.
