Role Overview:
- Support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4.
- Work closely with class teachers to support learning inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver targeted interventions and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a secondary school setting.
- Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
