About the role

Are you a passionate PSHE Teacher who can inspire and engage young people through meaningful and relevant learning? Do you have the skills to deliver high-quality Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4? Are you committed to supporting students’ personal development, wellbeing, and preparation for life beyond school?

The school is looking to appoint a PSHE Teacher on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2026. The successful PSHE Teacher will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering topics such as health and wellbeing, relationships, careers, citizenship, and personal development.

The PSHE Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, monitoring student progress, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to participate and develop essential life skills.

Qualifications

  • QTS or an appropriate teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching PSHE, Citizenship, or a related subject at secondary level
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for supporting students’ personal development and wellbeing
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
