- Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to support students aged 7 to 16 years with Specific Learning Differences (Sp LD) such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia in a specialist setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Plan and assess progress for students aged 7 to 16.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with support staff and the wider school team.
Qualifications
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience teaching children or young people with SEND, especially Sp LD.
- Strong knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies and differentiated learning.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, flexible and nurturing approach.
- Genuine passion for helping every student achieve their full potential.
