The school is looking to appoint a dedicated English / R.E Teacher on a permanent basis from September. The successful English / R.E Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging critical thinking, communication and student engagement across both subject areas while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
The successful English / R.E Teacher will have:
- QTS with an English or Humanities specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Experience teaching English and/or Religious Education across KS3 and KS4
- Strong classroom management skills
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- A commitment to raising student attainment and achievement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
