About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Science Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that bring the subject to life. The successful candidate will inspire motivated learners, support their progress, and help them develop the confidence, knowledge and skills needed for further study or future careers within science.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in delivering established schemes of learning, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A first class or 2:1 degree in a social science subject
  • QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment; extensive industry experience will also be considered
  • Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
