The school is looking to appoint a Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) on either a full-time or part-time basis from September. The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will support class teachers across the primary age range, work with small groups and individual pupils, deliver targeted interventions, and help children build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:

  • Experience supporting children within a UK primary school setting
  • A caring and patient approach to supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude
  • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best
