The school holds a Good OFSTED rating and promotes a supportive, inclusive and structured learning environment.

The school is looking to take on a GCSE Maths Teacher on a temp to perm basis, working 3 days per week with 2 days delivering lessons and 1 day dedicated to planning, with the potential to move to a full time role.

The successful Maths Teacher will be teaching small class sizes, supporting students with SEMH needs, and may also support with PE and outdoor activities to encourage engagement and development.

The successful GCSE Maths Teacher will have:

  • QTS with a Maths specialism
  • Experience teaching Maths up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
  • A willingness to support wider activities including PE and outdoor learning
