We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team in South East London. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a creative approach to learning, and the ability to provide high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.
As a valued member of our nursery team, you will play a key role in supporting the development, wellbeing, and early learning of children aged 0–5, helping them to reach their full potential in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures.
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
