The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

The successful Teacher will be responsible for
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
- Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive relationships.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to ensure high-quality support for all learners.
- Managing classroom behaviour using positive behaviour management strategies.
- Preparing learning resources and maintaining an organised and stimulating learning environment.
- Attending staff meetings, training sessions, annual reviews, and multi-agency meetings where required.
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes.
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed at all times.
The successful Teacher will have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching children or young people within Primary, Secondary, or SEND settings.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for helping every pupil achieve their potential.
