Site Manager in Felling

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facilities, premises management and health and safety? Are you confident leading a facilities team while remaining hands-on with maintenance, security and day-to-day site duties? Can you ensure a busy school site remains safe, secure, compliant and well maintained?

The setting places safeguarding, high operational standards and effective facilities management at the heart of the school environment.

The school is looking to take on a Site Manager on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The successful Site Manager will take day-to-day responsibility for the school premises, leading the facilities team while remaining hands-on with maintenance, compliance checks, site security, contractor management, porterage, housekeeping and emergency response.

The successful Site Manager will have:

• Previous experience in site management, facilities management or a similar premises-based role
• Experience leading or coordinating a facilities, caretaking or maintenance team
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, statutory compliance and safe working practices
• Practical maintenance skills with the ability to undertake minor repairs and routine site inspections
• Confidence managing contractors, security arrangements, compliance records and operational priorities
• A reliable, organised and hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safeguarding
