The setting provides a supportive environment for pupils who require additional guidance and consistency throughout their education. The provision is looking to take on a SEMH Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis from October. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will support pupils with SEMH needs, helping to manage challenging behaviour, encourage positive engagement and provide consistent support throughout the school day.
