EYFS Teaching Assistant Needed

I have been working closely with a fantastic Pre-School based in Selly Oak for the last 3 years, supporting with all their staffing needs.

I am currently looking for someone to join their Team from Monday 28th April, providing general classroom support in the 2-year old room. This post is full time and will involve having your own group of key children, with the possibility of leading to a permanent contract for the right person.

The Nursery School is rated \”Outstanding\” by Ofsted, and has a really warm and friendly feel to it. The staff are all very welcoming, down-to-earth and make you feel part of the team straight away.

Job Specification

The successful Assistant will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in a EYFS setting
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or EYFS
  • Strong initiative
  • A kind and caring nature
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in a child\’s life
  • A hard-working attitude and strong initiative
