TeacherActive works closely with a number of lovely schools and EYFS settings across East Dulwich, London, who are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years teams. These settings are full of curiosity, laughter, stories, songs, messy play, tiny milestones and big achievements, creating safe and exciting spaces where children can explore, grow and shine in their own unique way.
This role would be perfect for someone who brings warmth, patience and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will help create engaging activities, support play-based learning, encourage communication and independence, and build positive relationships that make children feel happy, secure and ready to learn.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be confident supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage and will enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team. You may be helping with creative play, storytelling, outdoor learning, singing, observations, routines and all the wonderful little moments that make Early Years such a rewarding place to work.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will have:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in an EYFS setting
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework
- Paediatric First Aid / PFA desirable
- A caring, positive and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to bring fun, energy and imagination into the setting
- A team-player attitude and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
