This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or M1 teacher who is passionate about early years education and committed to helping every child thrive. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and early years practice
- Set high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and achievement
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers
- Use assessment effectively to support learning and identify next steps
- Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS and school team
- Promote independence, confidence and a love of learning in young children
- Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
