We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Class Teacher to join a vibrant two-form entry primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or M1 teacher who is passionate about early years education and committed to helping every child thrive. Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and early years practice
  • Set high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and achievement
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers
  • Use assessment effectively to support learning and identify next steps
  • Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS and school team
  • Promote independence, confidence and a love of learning in young children
  • Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
