Teacher Active is recruiting an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention Worker to support secondary schools across Mid and North East Essex.
The role involves delivering tailored one-to-one and small group interventions, building strong relationships with pupils, families, and school staff, and working independently to improve engagement and attendance.
The position is full-time, term-time only with a 12-week temporary placement before transferring to the Trust until 31 August 2028.
