Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible cover work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2? This role is ideal for teachers seeking day-to-day, short-term, or ongoing cover, depending on availability. The Primary Teacher role involves:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons
- Maintaining a positive classroom environment
- Ensuring learning continues in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Following school policies
- Working collaboratively with support staff
Working hours are typically 8:30am to 3:30pm.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across KS1 and/or KS2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence adapting to new classrooms and routines
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
