TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established Primary school. Set within beautiful grounds, the nursery provides children with enriching outdoor learning experiences every day and is committed to creating a happy, safe, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
The nursery is looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Practitioner on a permanent full-time basis. Working 40 hours per week across four days, the successful Nursery Practitioner will support the delivery of outstanding childcare and learning, contribute to planning engaging activities, promote children's development through the EYFS framework, and work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, NNEB or equivalent)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience working with children within a nursery, school, childcare or voluntary setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and learning
