TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Chelmsford who are seeking dedicated KS1 Supply Teachers. These schools are committed to providing a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential and staff are valued as part of the wider school community.
The schools are looking to appoint a KS1 Supply Teacher on a day-to-day basis to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stage 1. The successful KS1 Supply Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining excellent classroom management and ensuring continuity of learning for pupils in the absence of the class teacher.
The successful KS1 Supply Teacher will have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching
