Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND, particularly with pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Previous leadership experience or experience working in a Deputy Head or senior leadership role within SEND settings
  • Strong understanding of the SEMH/SEND curriculum and statutory frameworks
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
