TeacherActive is proud to be working with a fantastic Alternative Provision in Colchester to recruit an Associate Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour, Attendance & Culture (DDSL). The provision is committed to giving every young person the opportunity to succeed through a nurturing, therapeutic approach where every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their full potential.

The Alternative Provision is seeking to appoint a permanent Associate Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour, Attendance & Culture (DDSL) from September. The successful candidate will lead on behaviour, attendance and school culture, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), and those accessing alternative education through referral pathways. Working alongside the senior leadership team, you will drive school improvement, champion inclusion, and ensure that all pupils are engaged and motivated to learn.
