Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, confident, positive atmosphere in the classroom and support student success.
- Support and fulfil SLT duties within the school, including involvement with meetings, parents’ evenings, data and planning.
- Work with a secondary school to support students’ academic progress and personal development, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.
- Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment while managing and addressing behaviour challenges within the classroom.
What You’ll Need

- Experience managing challenging behaviour
