Are you an experienced Psychology and Sociology teacher looking to join a high achieving and inclusive secondary school? Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS4 and KS5, supporting students to achieve their full potential and contribute to the already successful department.
Key responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology KS4 and KS5 and Sociology KS5, delivering the AQA syllabus for both subjects.
- Maintain high expectations, inspire learners and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Hold QTS and a relevant degree in Psychology, Sociology or a closely related subject.
- Strong experience teaching Psychology and Sociology across KS4 and KS5.
- Demonstrated secure knowledge of the AQA GCSE and A level specifications.
- Can deliver engaging, challenging lessons that support excellent student outcomes.
- Can contribute positively to a successful department.
- Hold UK Right to Work and demonstrate high standards of professionalism.
