The Head Teacher is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer on a long-term basis until the end of term, with potential to extend into the new year.
The successful candidate will teach Electrical Installation, inspire students, and help learners achieve excellent results by following and implementing the schemes of learning.
Key requirements and responsibilities:
- Teach Electrical Installation to students, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the schemes of learning.
- Inspire learners to pursue a career in the electrical field and support their academic and personal development.
- Contribute to learner outcomes by applying inclusive teaching practices and tracking progress.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Technology QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment; extensive industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience teaching young people in a diverse setting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- SEND and/or pastoral experience is desirable.
