The school focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, using sensory activities, early learning development and outdoor learning opportunities to encourage engagement, confidence and independence. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term supply basis, starting immediately. The successful ASD Teaching Assistant will support pupils with autism and behavioural needs, helping to manage challenging behaviours positively, deliver sensory-based activities and encourage early learning development through structured classroom support and outdoor learning experiences.
