Early Years Support Hertfordshire Full-time Monday to Friday. Are you looking to start or develop your career within an early years setting? TeacherActive is working with a range of welcoming and supportive nurseries across Hertfordshire who are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Support staff to join their teams on a full-time basis. The Role

As an Early Years Support member of staff, you will assist Nursery Practitioners and senior team members in delivering high-quality care and education. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports children’s development and learning through play.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in working within an early years or nursery setting
  • Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
