TeacherActive is proud to be working with an lovely private day nursery based in Leeds LS16. The nursery provide a well-balanced curriculum, building upon what the children already know and uses their interests and needs to help support their develop as they grow. The staff encourage the children to build their confidence and independence, supporting them throughout each stage of their learning and development.
The nursery are currently searching for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful applicant will be required to work 8.30am – 5.30pm 3 days a week. The ideal Early Years Practitioner will join the current team in providing a high standard of care and support for the children in their setting, and will be eager to join their growing team.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will:
- Hold a minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare & Education or above
- Have a minimum of 6 months previous experience working within an Early Years setting
- A good knowledge of Safeguarding & Child Protection Policies
