Qualifications

  • Level 5 qualification or higher in construction, architecture, or related field, with extensive industry experience considered.
  • Level 3 assessing qualification such as CAVA.
  • Level 3 City & Guilds in area of expertise.
  • GCSE Maths and English, level 4 or above.
  • Excellent understanding of current trends in construction.
  • Experience teaching in further education is desirable.
