Job Overview: TeacherActive is excited to be working with local secondary schools based in Mid Devon. The school is looking for a motivated English teacher for a full time role that has potential to become permanent. The successful applicant will work across both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) and may also involve helping students through their English GCSEs.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Maintain classroom control and inspire young minds.
  • Support students through their English GCSE work.

Qualifications:

  • QTS with English specialism.
  • Experience teaching up to Key Stage 4.
  • Excellent classroom management.
