Salary: £110 - £130 per day
Do you have experience supporting practical Design and Technology lessons? Are you confident working across textiles, graphics and resistant materials? Can you help create a safe, organised and engaging workshop environment for students?
The school is looking to take on a DT Technician on a part-time basis, working three days per week from Tuesday to Thursday. The successful DT Technician will support teachers across textiles, graphics and resistant materials during practical lessons, as well as preparing resources and setting up workshops ready for students.
The successful DT Technician will have:
- Experience working within Design and Technology or a practical workshop environment
- Experience supporting textiles, graphics and/or resistant materials
- Confidence supporting teachers and students during practical lessons
- An understanding of maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting students and staff
