We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join and support our friendly team in Coventry (CV6). If you’re passionate about early years education and ready to take the next step in your childcare career, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role:
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety. You’ll provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, support planning and development, and help maintain a nurturing, positive environment for children to thrive.

What we’re looking for:

A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare / Early Years Education / Early Childhood Studies

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Deputy Manager, Room Leader, or Senior Practitioner role

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for providing outstanding early years care and education
