The Role
- You'll work alongside teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 by:
- Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping create a positive learning environment
- Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
- Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where needed
- Being a positive role model for children
We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- A caring, patient and reliable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and develop
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
