You’ll know how to challenge tricky behaviour when needed and bring fresh, creative ideas to activities that get everyone involved. If you can motivate people, work smoothly with a team, and take charge of your own tasks, you’ll fit right in. Digital skills are a bonus, but being organised, proactive, and great at keeping track of progress is what really counts.
What you’ll need:
- Previous child-facing experience. This can be from a voluntary or paid role.
- Excellent classroom management.
