The school promotes high standards of behaviour, achievement and respect, creating a supportive atmosphere where both staff and students can thrive.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor on a long-term temporary basis. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise lessons across a range of subjects, support students with SEND including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs, and use strong behaviour management skills to ensure students remain engaged and focused on their learning.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or within a secondary school setting
- Experience supporting students with SEND, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
