The school maintains high expectations for behaviour and learning and requires staff who can confidently uphold its standards and contribute to a structured classroom environment. The school is looking for a strong and assertive Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor must be able to take firm control of the classroom, confidently challenge poor behaviour, follow the school’s behaviour and discipline policy consistently and ensure students complete the pre-planned work provided.
